I'm filling out form 4868 to get an extension of time to file my taxes. I calculated my total tax liability for 2006 to be $15.43 (I barely made more than $8450). For line 5 "Total 2006 Payments", do I put the amount from "Fed. Income Tax Withheld" from my W-2 ($50.03)? If not, how can I calculate this figure? How much should i pay with my 4868? Thanks for your help!

Assuming your only tax payments were from withholding, you are correct. In any case, at least you don't owe any more tax.

P.S. You can round to the nearest whole dollar.

You don't send in any money with the extension request. You've got a refund due - the $50.03 you paid in, minus the $15.43 you owe.
