So my family has a history of heart disease, and up until a couple years ago, when I was about 13, I was a really fat kid.
Since then, I have been trying really hard to get in shape.
The strange part is, even though I'm a guy, I can't seem to get rid of the fat deposits around my breasts, hips, butt, and thighs.
I'm actually really skinny otherwise, and the aforementioned places don't have a TON of fat, but I just think that the fat I have is pretty disproportional.
I mean, I can grab fat around my stomach and lower stomach (intestinal?) reigon, but it's not a lot.
On my male breasts however, I can get a good handfull of fat.

I was wondering how I could get rid of this.
I'm 16, with a very good amount of access to healthy foods, which I tend to eat a lot of.
A problem is that I only have a moderate to low amount of access to real workout equipment, and the closest gym to my house is at least a 45 minute drive away.

Any eating/home workout tips that I could use to get rid of this fat?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

I assume that you know that spot reducing (exercising certain body parts to reduce there) has very limited value. However, you can firm up in certain areas with some resistance training. Filling milk jugs with sand can create dumbbells for your use for chest presses, as well as for doing ab crunches with those held to your shoulders.
From that point, keep building on your aerobic exercising for overall weight reduction. A good pair of running shoes can be your best exercise equipment. Consider swimming as a cross-training activity as well.

in order for you to burn fat you don't need a gym, but you do need to run.

Running will burn the fat, don't worry.
