First you are referring to Dante's Inferno, which while inspired by the bible and a dream it is not a piece of the bible nor is it an accepted part of Christianity. At the time it was written Dante called it a dream, but it is more likely he was trying to make a statement about the political and religious corruption of the time.
So in hell there are no rings only one vast plain of torture.
Then you asked what animals go to what ring. Animals do not have souls because they lack the intelligence to truly know God (this is according to the teachings of Christianity, and not my own opinion). So animals that die don't go to heaven or hell (no little girl there is no doggie heaven and you recently dead dog is a dog nor more and she will never think about you again).
So the answer is zero, this is a trick question about a place that was described in a mere book, not the bible. But, the bible is a mere book, a book that was written by men who were supposed to be inspired by the word of God. So the entire concept of heaven and hell is just as mythical as Dante’s Inferno, which again means that the answer is zero.

However, if it wasn't for the fictional satan character the Bible would only be 2 pages long and end with the words
"...and God created Eve for Adam and they lived happily ever after. THE END"
