With whom you stay in regular contact now, through email or IM?
I have, & I miss them when they are not on. I find I genuinely care for some of the folks on here.

I met Mudcat for lunch one day - it was great fun! I have grown to genuinely care for some of the people here, too; in fact, I just asked about one whom I haven't seen for a while.

Me too! Father K has become a good friend that I talk to outside of YA and I have a twin brother from a different mother here (We're even both starting new jobs on Monday) And my good friend who is like a sister.
And I miss some of the regulars when they are not here.

I have met people on yahoo answers who I genuinely care about and they email me. Good for you. I like your spirit.

It's funny I didn't originally come here to make friends but I ended up making friends on here. And yes I do try to keep in contact with them as much as possible.

Yes. And I am very happy I did. There are alot of Nice people on here. Like Gothic Angel, who I have gotten to know very well,
But even people who i dont talk to much, but see around alot, I walk Funny, Ramjet, TTC, Parrot, Even seen you around often....Just regulars who like to have fun.

Some people I keep in contact with, but not regularly.....just occasionally when a topic is presented and there is much discussion.

yes I have, just IM-ed a couple to day.
not all of the ones that i keep in contact with have the same belief system that I do, be we do respect and care for each other.
when you miss them, then IM them and let them know, they are probably missing you also.

Yes, and you know me, we've talked a few times. I miss David T and a few others too. I've made some good friends on YA.
