- choose good meat quality. Generally for burgers the meat quality many companies offer is not the best, so check for a good steak haché.
- use the usual: some lettuce, tomatoes, some onion. I like adding some pickles chopped as well. It adds a spicy taste!
- season the meat (salt, pepper..) when u grill it. Yes, grill it.. better taste than frying it.
- some mayonnaise on one side, mustard on the other
- get some nice American cheese in slice (note: put the meat right after it comes out and put the cheese above it when ur doing ur burger, so that the meat melts a bit the cheese.
oh yes and put the burger bread in the oven for a bit, for a crispy style, its more delicious like that!
PS: Adding a fried egg (hard yolk please) might be an option, but not everyone likes it, so its up to u.

If you want to serve burgers, double check and make sure Hindus can eat turkey or chicken. You can buy ground chicken or turkey in most grocery stores and use it like you would beef.
Leave the meat plain, but season the patties when you're just about to cook them. I like salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder as a good seasoning blend for almost anything, including burgers!

Burgers are best once you cook dinner them very only and and diverse flavors interior the toppings quite than the truthfully burger mixture. I only take mixture the beef with a pair of eggs reckoning on how plenty meat you have, and salt and pepper. i myself do not choose to make burgers on the grill because of the fact i hit upon that it dries it out to plenty. I only make it in a pan on the range-genuine till that's nicely accomplished and caramelized on the exterior. Then upload some lettuce, tomato, fried onion, pickles, or perhaps if dressing you like on it, my renowned is ketchup. that often makes a very juicy and scrumptious burger. sturdy luck.

You might want to rethink serving beef to your girlfriend's parents.
But if you've got pasta or rice, and a lot of vegetables, you could make a stir-fry, cook your rice or pasta, and serve that.

Well, if you're going to serve beef to Hindus, you might just as well go all-out.
Use Angus beef.
