What is your reason for taking glutathione (GSH)? Are you trying to modulate a specific antioxidant deficiency? Are you trying to treat a specific disease process?

There are few clinical studies on the use of glutathione, therefore, dosage is not well understood. As a comparison, N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) is a common supplement that is used to increase glutathione levels. NAC is the rate-limiting precursor for GSH biosynthesis. 1500 milligrams per day of NAC is a common supplemental dose.

I think typical doses of gluathione in clincial trials are 300 - 600 milligrams per day. GSH is quite expensive, so you may want to consider using NAC instead.

Best wishes.
