this litlle machines got four air tubes connected from its head to its body four pistons that go up and down the force of the air makes it snap neck collars together it is connected to air tubes from the big air compressor to the little air machine there are switches that make the air go through it can you tell me the name of this little machine

You said that it is there to "snap neck collars together." Doesn't that make it a press for doing that snapping?
Maybe throw in another clue like what type of factory it is in? What is the product it is working on? Is it near the starting or ending of a production line?

It sounds like either a 'Rube Goldberg' or a 'gizmo'.
Seriously, there are a lot of 'custom built' manufacturing machines that simply don't have names (except the ones it gets called when it breaks and production comes to a standstill ☺)

human beings assist you appreciate this is an inanimate merchandise and hasnt have been given thoughts, likes or dislikes. merely wait till that little gadget comes to a decision it doesnt such as you and you could desire to combat it to make it artwork and it retains breaking or dropping areas. you will conflict with the gadget and somebody else will stroll up and it will artwork completely for them! purely a coinicdence? I dont think of so! pay attention of the Machines!!! pay attention!! pay attention!!!
