Any two pairs head to head, the one that has the highest pair in it wins; e.g., A's and 2's beats K's and Q's, because A is higher than either K or Q. So, obviously in your example aces over ANYTHING beats jacks and tens.

I know these people are right about the Aces over Fours, but I think the rule is that in two pair, the lower pair doesn't matter, the higher of the two is the soul determining factor. So, if I'm right, Aces over Twos beets Kings over Queens.

Well, technically it depends what the fifth card in the A234 hand is. If it's a 5, or if all five cards are of the same suit, it beats the pair of jacks. I'm guessing your question is simpler than this though- in short, a four card straight is not a hand in any standard form of poker.

two pairs are ranked by the highest pair.
if hi pair is equal, then the better lower pair wins.
if both pairs are equal then hi kicker wins.
