I am looking for a good cookie frosting with the consistancey of the kind in oreo cookies.

The actual mixture would be proprietary (secret) but it's made of corn syrup (same as marshmallows), sugar and vanilla.

Try experimenting different ratios of ingredients with an electric mixer and you should get close. Personally, I would try 1 tsp Vanilla, 1 cup Karo Syrup, and 3/4 cup sugar and beat on high for 3 minutes or so and then sample to begin with.

Are you sure you want it? Try blending crisco with powdered sugar and a little vanilla. This should give you what you're looking for, minus the stabilizers!
