Check out the latest version of Men's Journal. It has an article on growth hormones. Honestly, I haven't tried this on, but it sounds ligit. I usually stick with basic core exercises to keep test high, squats, deadlifts, bench, etc. Plus a cycle of test, dianabol, and deca doesn't hurt. Do some research on HCG. It is used by steroid users to "jumpstart" natural test production after a steroids cycle. Good luck.

100% Organic Testosterone Complex may be the most important single hormone that aging men need, and small quantities of testosterone precursors can provide a very important role for aging women.Synthetic variants of Testosterone have been associated with serious side effects, so Dr. Marshall has developed a potent, natural testosterone botanical formula that provides the safest and most potent anabolic supplement you can buy without a prescription.

for males optimum test production is seen with a diet of around 30% fats. the majority (at least 50%) should be unsaturated with several grams of omega 3 fatty acids and 2-3x that in omega 6 fatty acids from nuts, seeds, etc.

depending on your current level of body fat you can spike your insulin using a matrix of carbohydrates first thing in the am at breakfast to decrease SHBG levels
