Kidnapping. Unlawful detainment. Child abuse. Child endangerment. Anything else they can think of. But, if it is your child it is not necessarily kidnapping. And when it is, you have lots of legal grounds for a defense.

If it's my child, murder against me.

Seriously, kidnapping, transporting across state lines, endangering, if their is a weapon a whole slew of other charges will be added on.
