as one with excessively bad feet, I'd say you may be experiencing tendonitis, if it's a burning feeling running alond the length of your foot, down the center, bottom of your foot. see a podiatrist and they will be able to help you alleviate the pain! ;)

Too bad you weren't more specific about this.

Could be anything from too much stress on your feet to a charlie horse, or perhaps you stepped on something sharp?

If it hurts when you're trying to go up stairs, you could have tendonitis.
