Diet Crack, like you!
Please don't let your kids drink it - their poor teeth! Ever seen those dentist's photos of acid-affected teeth? Yuck!

I drink coffee when I wake up. Then I drink Pepsi most of the day. I find that when I have a carton of juice or a gallon of white milk and cans or bottles of Pepsi the kids will opt for the easy pick. So I usually buy the individual packs of juices, (even though they are a little more expensive), small bottled waters, and a gallon of chocolate milk. I tell them NO pop until after dinner. And in order to get the pop they know they have to have had at least so mcuh water and juice. They also know that by dinner they have to have had at least 2 cups of milk. Then they can have some caffine free pop if they still want to with their snack.

Water--literally all day long..I carry a liter bottle of water with me EVERYWHERE I go--and I drink even more when I get home..Water, Water, Water, Water...

Its not good for your kids to start drinking so much soda. They might start to drink non-diet soda when they go to friends home. Soda causes severe obesity, and so does drinking iced-teas and juice throughout the day. Sad, but true. Thats what my doctor taught me.

I drink a glass of silk soymilk and a glass of cranberry juice in the morning and then I drink 4 bottles of fiji water throughout the day everyday. Water, juice, and some type of milk are very important and diet coke is very bad for you don't let the diet part fool you.

Tea first thing in the morning and water the rest of the day. My kids either drink milk, or water and sometimes juice. I worry about their teeth because I don't want them to have problems with them and frankly dentists are not cheap.

It is alright to have soda occasionally as long as you do it in moderation for instance you can drink one soda in the a.m. and one soda in the p.m. as long as you drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to help flush out your system. Drinking a lot of sodas and fruit juice which contains a lot of acids in them can lead to urinary tract infections which can be painful and costly to treat with antibiotics. So remember the key word is moderation.
