I used to have canker sores all of the time and then a friend told me to take lysine. Lysine is an amino acid that you can get over the counter at Walgreens, Walmart, etc.
Good luck!

Hello?!? Use an over the counter product called "Abreva". It is a little pricey but it is sincerely a miracle worker. Use it then thank me later...
