God always has existed and always will. You might not see him, but he's always here. If you mean as a human yes like it says in the Apostles's Creed "He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead."

This is question suffers from an obvious logical fallacy. The definition of God would be of a being that is uncreated, and always existent. So to ask God will ever exist is akin to asking if 0 will ever equal 1.
