If you are in C-130 you could probably get away with it, since its so noisy.

If you are on a C-17 though, the jumpmaster has a better chance to hear it. They probably wouldn't do anything on the bird, but I bet you'd have a nice surprise waiting for you once you get off the DZ.

It depends on where you were, and who you were talking to.

Saying it in private, or at a bar to a buddy, would be very different than saying it to a police officer or a judge in court.
