Sorry, no one can predict how much weight you will lose. Weight loss is an individual process and no two people will lose the same amount of weight even if they weigh the same to start, take a weight loss product, eat the same things and do the exact same exercises. Everyone is different as is their bodies and how they function.
All you can do is do your cardio, watch what you eat and take your xenical. You will also not lose the same amount each week. Weight loss does not work like that. Good luck!
