I want to know the benefits of it, if I can use concentrated lemon juice, and when is the best time to drink it ( in the morning, after dinner..)

I would use a fresh lemon or at least juice from a squeezed lemon that often is sold in a little plastic lemon shape bottle. Drinking it first thing in the morning, I feel is best since it helps in digestion (breaks down bile) as well as a great de-tox drink as well as helps in elimination.

First thing on an empty stomach would fortify you with Vit. C (keeps aways colds) and will subdue your hunger.

in the morning you can do this if you want to - kind of help stomach start working.
