ive been trying to lose weight for the past year and i only ended up gaining about 10 pounds. its so fustrating and its driving me crazy ! im 13 almost 14, 5'3/4 and about 124lbs. i need to be 110 lbs by summer ! please someone help me fight my weight and stay dedicated to reach my goal ! i am a vegetarian btw, and did not have my period so i have lots of cravings. please help !

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

You dont need to be 110, your fine at 124. But to speed up your metabolism you should eat meals every 2-3 hours, small ones. That should help. Also there is no substitute for exercise...

Exirceise tll u sweat excessively and go in sauna. And drink a lot of water, and drink water halfe and hour before u eat and 1 hour after. And dont go over 2000 cal. That shold help ^_^ GOOD LUCK ^_^

I also dont get why u are trying to slim down for the summer. I think u are fine right where u are.

You aren't losing because your body knows you shouldn't weigh less than you do. You are at a healthy weight. Why are you so worried about losing?
