My fiancé and I are thinking about traveling to Texas soon, to pick up a puppy we might be buying, as it can't be shipped to Mexico directly. I'm Dutch, so there's no problem with me entering the USA, but I'm wondering if anybody knows if my Mexican fiancé would be allowed to travel with me. We wouldn't leave the airport, we'd just arrive, pick up the puppy, and fly back home the same day...

Your Mexican fiance would need a transit visa, as long is he is going to leave the international "territory" of the airport. It does not matter if he is only going to be in the airport; he will need a transit visa. Lucky for you, you can enter the USA without a visa. YOu may have to leave you fiance in international territory, pick the puppy yourself, then fly back. Or, make your life simple and just get the transit visa for your guy.

Sorry, you have to obtain a visa now, even just for a few hour visit. That is, unless you remain in the terminal area, but then I don't see how they'd be able to take the puppy to you (they have to have a valid plane ticket to enter the terminal).

you in elementary words want your Mexican passport, and your eco-friendly card to re-enter the U.S. you don't want a visa to enter the united kingdom and visit for as a lot as 6 months. you are able to make certain this with the positioning less than. in basic terms fill in each and each of the blanks and click for the info.

So thank you so nuch for trying to go through with this legally.

No he would not be allowed on the plane since they check this before you board.

Provided you both have passports, there shouldn't be a problem. You are essentially coming for a tourist visit
