i need to know how to read nutrition facts for my diet that im going on also i need to know how to count calories so that i can see how much i eat tommorw and see how much i need to reduce it by im 17 5 foot ten and a half 305 pounds and a male so any diet tips or anything else you can tell me would be nice also anyone that can help me through email to help me get motovated and help me keep it up would be nice to
