Always talk to "the other woman" from a landline or a cell your girl knows nothing about. If a woman gets suspicious she can (and will) check everything for clues. Don't communicate with the other woman in any way that can be traced (i.e. e-mail, text messages). Also, have your other woman in a different area than your girl but not so far out of the way that your abscences become obvious. Don't get lazy and give duplicate gifts. If you are feeling particularly MACKADOCIOUS you can tell the other woman precisely what she is to you: A Mistress (and nothing more). This can help to keep the inevetable jealous feelings to a minimum, but, you may have to kick her to the curb if she wants to graduate to wifey status. While I wouldn't recommend you doing such a thing, thats not what your question is a about.
I recommend a few things:
-don't tell ANYONE
-if the woman you are having an affair with doesnt know you enough, and you don't care about her besides the adultery, don't let her know your real name or anything true about yourself. just lie.
-have your affair out of town
-don't let it last too long
The best answer would be this: If you feel as though you need to have an affair, then why not just break up with her? Its going to hurt, but it will hurt much more if you drag it out and cheat on her, then she finds out.

My advice to you is that nothing stays hidden forever, but if you are going to do it anyways this is what could help you keep it a secret. If you have an affair, try not to change the way you already are with your girlfriend, the number one reason why men get caught cheating is because they are no longer interested in their girlfriend and they change their whole behavior and that sends a red flag. Try not to get emotionally attached to the Mistress and be a loving boyfriend.

Men like you are the ones that give other decent men a bad rep. Why don't you get a backbone and break up with your girlfriend, obviously your not into your girlfriend anymore! You cant expect to have an affair and your girlfriend not to find out.Ask yourself this how would you feel if she did it to you?

if you even want to have an affair this shows you do not love your gf. even if you dont love this other woman, you just want her for the sex, you should break up with your gf and look fo ranother girl cuz its obvious you dont really love her if your even THINKING about cheating on her.
