Yes, you will lose weight. But like the others said, its mainly water weight and will return.

Steam rooms are mainly good for opening the pores and getting all the toxins out of your skin and body.

Do not over do it though, you can dehydrate easily.

Yes, you can lose a lot of weight just sitting in a steam room.
BUT... you will gain it back within a day. The reason being is the only weight lost, was water-based weight in the body.

Its a short-term loss of weight though. You just sweat out the water in yourself, but it will come back right away throughout the day.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

exactly what wizzle said. the weight you lose will not be fat so it wont matter. your body needs a certain amount of water in your body, so losing the water weight wil only make you dehydrated and dizzy and give you headaches.
