WHAT? You don't have a shrine to the Lar Familiaris (household Gods)? No wonder your pipes break and your roof collapses and your basement floods and there are termites all through the woodwork.

Well I use to have one, but considering they are Roman, mine up and roamed away.
Yeah okay it was a bad pun but at least I know when to take things seriously and when not to.

A Christian doesn't need shrine to false spirits/gods. I'm not a Roman, so I don't need one.
If I want to talk to God our heavenly Father, I just stop what I'm doing and have a conversation. I don't need a piece of rock to do it at. I talk to God in the shower, on my motorcyle, walking...anytime.
I've lived in this house for 24 years and haven't had a broken pipe, my roof hasn't collaped (even in hurricane Isabel, the only thing that fell on my roof were a few small branches), I have no basement, water has never flooded my neighborhood, and I'm termite free. Any more stupid comments?

Sorry I don't worship the Roman pantheon. But I do have an altar dedicated to mine :)

I've never heard it called that particular word, but I do plant flowers for my faeries..I have for years. I also put out fruits for butterflies and whomever else decides to partake...:)
