You could sell your computer, and start sending the money you were spending for internet service to them every month.

You can request an installment agreement - Form 9465 to pay the taxes over time. You fill out the agreement, telling the IRS how much you can pay immediately, and how much you can pay per month (but not later in the month than the 28th). If they accept it they will let you know that, and there is a fee from the IRS for the agreement, and they will charge you interest and penalties while you are paying it off. They recommend that you pay as much as possible immediately in order to minimize the interest and penalties.

You should at least file your return. The penalty for failure to file is more than the penaltry for failure to pay. Contact the IRS and set up a payment plan. There will be interest, but not as bad as if you didn't file at all.

By filing, you have at least avoided a late-filing penalty. If you can't pay the whole amount by 4/17, send them what you can. They'll set up a payment plan for the rest, but you'll pay interest and penalties.

I would take out a line of credit. The gov't dings you hugely on interest. Not a good idea to not pay up front
