You're supposed to get up and stretch for a couple of minutes every hour. Also, you can get a lumbar pillow or cushion. The cushion is square with a triangle cut out the middle-back to relieve the tailbone. They run anywhere from $12-$20. It helps, but you do have to get up periodically or you will run into neck and back problems.

ahh yeah mine gets really soar and numb, it takes about a minute and a half for the feeling to come back when i stand up and walk about, it's rather anoying :P

It's not just my *** that is feelin' it, my legs feel pretty tired too...so now the lounge is vacant, I shall to in there and put my feet up!¬)
