ok i ned to losse whight fast ! so ican look good ! i need to losse at less 10 pounds in 10 days ! how do i do that ! please some1 help me !

try the atkins diet, it is the quickest to loose on.

the first 10 pounds any and all persons lose is water weight, so first slow down on drinking (unless you're in a hot climate). Then stop drinking soft drinks (all) and anything with sugar in it (like coffee). Then cut the calories you eat in a day in half. I lost 13 lbs that way. If you watch your water intake and keep the calories down your weight will not only stay stationery but you will continue to lose.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

10 pound in 10 days is so unhealthy. You want to lose weight? Diet and exercise.

There's no quick fix for being healthy. You need to devote yourself to a healthy life style.

There are many ways to loose weight. I think the best way is to eat healthy and eat THREE times a day. That's very very important. Have a big break. medium lunch and small dinner do this and you will loose weight and be healthy

Exercise--you'll loose the water weight. In 10 days you can burn 1 -2 fat pounds. Any more, and you'll be hurting yourself.

The best way. . .is the healthy way!

Number one priority is increasing your metabolism. I try to eat about 5 small (healthy) meals throughout the day. Hydrate myself throughout the day. Stay away from heavy food.

I like to throw on my ipod and walk/jog around the neighborhood.

Walk and drink lots of water. You might not lose 10 pounds but it will help.

If you have not noticed ... thin is out! Curves are in! Eat healthy and don't stress about a few extra pounds!

My suggestion, and I'm not a Dr., go on a Liquid Diet...low calorie soups, vegetables (green only) no salt, low calorie drinks, mainly WATER. Don't forget your vitamins!
