They live their lives very decent and moral. I think most people could stand to be better people with better standard of morality. But if everyone was they same, the world would not be as interesting.

While we are all individuals, with individual tastes, thoughts, feelings, foibles, Yes. I agree. Even if you do not agree with the religious ideas, the fact that we believe in following the law and not fighting in wars alone helps:D

Some of the other answers were kinda funny to me.

One said that we don't think of Jesus as the Messiah, Wrong, we do.

Another mentioned how since we don't celebrate pagan holidays, it would be hard on homeless kids, because they need those days. We do not choose 1 or 2 times a year to be nice and give gifts. Also, if everyone on the planet were Witnesses, there would be few if any homeless people.

One person referred to as introverted, Science fearing, etc. I used to have to be reprimanded at school for being to out going:D We Witnesses are by no means Science fearing, why would we be, the Bible is full of scientific references. Do we avail ourselves of Everything science has to offer, such as Abortions, Blood Transfusions, Cigarettes, etc?? NO. Doesn't mean we do not like science. Just means we disagree with these things.

To the person who mentioned the lack of windows in Some Kingdom Halls. Some don't have them, some do. There are a number of reasons for/against windows. My home congregation could not have windows, to bad a neighborhood.

I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses. We do not participate in any wars, we are nuetral in the subjects of politics. We go by the Bible truths. We do not twist the scriptures around. We are human, just as the rest of the worlds religions are, and we are not perfect. We don't "cram" the Bible down your throat, we spread the truth. Just think about it. No wars, not having to worry about your home being broken into, or to be murdered by someone. The world would be perfect. But things come in due time. One day, one sweet day, this old system of things will end! Praise Jehovah!!!!
This was a very good question, and you worded it perfectly. ;)

Yes, it would be a much better place.

There woud be no wars, because JW are neutral.

Acts 5:29In answer Peter and the [other] apostles said: “We must obey God as ruler rather than men.

They love each other!

John 13:34 I am giving YOU a new commandment, that YOU love one another; just as I have loved YOU, that YOU also love one another. 35 By this all will know that YOU are my disciples, if YOU have love among yourselves.”

It would be so perfect. They are unified with the same faith, so there is no reason for problems. If you are a Witness in America and you travel all the way to Zimbabwe and attend a meeting there, you would not see a difference in beliefs!

Them being JW's has nothing to do with them being good people. They are humans, like all humans there are good ones and bad ones.

This is a loaded question...

Would the world be a better place if everyone was Christian? Well maybe, maybe not. There would be fewer religious fueds but people would still be greedy and self-centered.

Would the world be a better place if everyone was Muslim? Again, there would be fewer religious wars, probably less unemployment due to a reduced work-force but there would still be the problem of people being greedy and self-centered.

So would the world be a better place if everyone was a JW? No. There would be less religious squabbles, though there would also be a lack of freedom as people wouldn't be able to choose a religion. Freedom is the most important thing in our world.

You have heard a provocative statement, and not true anyway. Even if everyone in the world was of any religion, the world would not be a lot better place. It takes more than belief to make it better...
By the way this question is OK for Religion NOT for Languages

The Jehovah's Witnesses are wonderful people. They are very sincere in their beliefs. They study the Bible, and the ones I know can quote Bible verses. I wish that all religions taught their members as well as the JWs do. I think that the world would be much better if everyone were a Jehovah's Witness. We wouldn't have wars, that's for sure.

I am not a Jehovah's Witness, but I do respect them. I respect their dedication to their religion. I may not agree with everything they teach and practice, but I do respect them.

Jehovah's witnesses do not participate in wars. Reason enough why they were held captives during the holocaust so they became volunteer prisoners.

Jehovah's witnesses do not smoke, are not drunkards, they are honest taxpayers, are diligent workers and more...

Since they take Jehovah's commandments by heart and Jesus' examples by works, they in a simple way makes their own lives better---
---
Jesus made a covenant for a 'little flock' to be in heaven as his corulers...the remaining people will be subjects to the heavenly kingdom. (See Psalm 37:10 And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more;
And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.)
--

JWs do not celebrate religious holidays knowing its connection to pagan origins. Be assured though that JW have fun times like most people do, though they did not give gifts on special occasion, they give gifts everyday...that is love.

The world will not and can not be a lots better if everyone was Jehovah's Wittness I seen too many of them fall

I do not agree with their beliefs, as I dont agree with many "christian" faiths right now. One third of the bible deals with the end times, and most of them dont have one iota that the interpretation is literal where that is concerned. For that reason, the rapture is going to catch many off guard, and soon....very soon.

If more people in the world followed the instruction in the Word of God the world would be a lot better, but no religious affiliation is going to draw people to God.
