How any of these company's will function on any project depends a lot of variables.

The only way to determine who is most qualified for any project is to pick a specific type of project and then require all the companies on your list to furnish you with a list of similar projects that they have completed for someone else in the past, then question their previous customers as to how they perfomed.

Then you narrow your list to 3 or 4 and ask them all to bid the work required by your project.

This is how most bid qualification processes work.
