As is, this is not a question and answer section per se. It is a place to argue, debate, vent, spam, irritate, etc. Don't you get tired of all the conflict sometimes?

No, I've been to forums like that.

The atheists always wander into the Christian area because that's where the people are posting, and back in the atheist forum they are continually bashing Christianity.

It's amazing to step back and look at it and watch it happen.

Most of the atheists are simply obsessed with bashing Christians, and they can't figure out why the atheist forum draws no interest.

This is the forum I used to go to a lot (in fact I was the moderator for the business forums and the travel forums):

That would not end the problems. All questions in the R & S section can be found if you just look under General Category or if you just look under Society and Culture.
Yes, I know there seems to be a lot of conflict. It would be nice if we tried to understand how someone else believes and not act smug or hostile.
Now, someone had suggested that during the week the "cute" stuff starts about 2:30 or 3 E.T.
Kids are getting off from school and getting on their computers. Some of them probably think they are funny. Right now this is the weekend and they are not in school.

Absolutely, but then the Christian section would degenerate into that joke that keeps getting posted. You know the one where the guy is going to jump off a bridge, and someone else stops him, until he learns they are different forms of 'reformed' so the 2nd guy pushes the jumper off the bridge for being an infidel. The atheist section would still argue as to WHY they didn't believe in god, but it would be more interesting than the Christian section.

I do get tired of the conflict, but I don't think separation would make it go away. Christians would still go the atheist section to try to convert, and the militant atheists would go to the Christian section to try to cast doubt.

This is a good way to learn. I doubt if I would visit the atheist section, but if I did, it would be the same as here. People going places where they may cause conflict. Besides, it is a free country, so answer anywhere.

Actually, I think there are some very good questions and answers on here. True, you have to wade through the swamp of anger and stupidity, but they are there.
If we completely seperate ourselves from each other then what is to be gained?
I enjoy reading from people who disagree with me. It makes me a better debator.
I suspect there would be a lot of cross overs if they did try to seperate the boards.
Besides, what would atheist talk about if they weren't bating Christians all day? :)

It wouldn't work. It there were a separate section for Christians then what about other religions? If you split everything into separate sections you have thousands of individual categories. It is best as it is. Besides people would cross over into other sections anyway,as they already do.

I am not worried about speaking Gods Word to those who are already saved. It is those who are lost, that need to hear Gods Word. The world is full of conflict, physical and spiritual.
God does not always send us where we are most comfortable, sometimes He sends us into battle against great odds and other times He gives us rest.
Think of it this way: The Bible speaks of "Rewards" "Crowns" to those who are faithful. Each time we speak Gods Word to a lost soul, I believe we receive one of these "Crowns" These are Crowns of Righteousness given to Gods followers, His children. Why bury your talent God has entrusted you with (Your Crown) when you can increase it and glorify God Almighty. Always remember where you came from and how Christ Jesus waited patiently for each and everyone of us. It is His desire that not one soul should perish, if we truly belong to Him, we will have that same desire in our heart. Do everything out of love for God and people. God Bless You.....Fight The Good Fight.

I do. But some people here like being able to prove each other wrong. Yes, having this does create a sort of "war zone", but where would all the non-Christian religions go?
