I can remember the seizer part where my whole body starts to shake. I can hear the person around me talking but I cant respond. after the shaking part I sort of fall like asleep or something but still I can hear the person talking to me and when I finally awake I cant talk. I can grunt and moan but cant get no words out. and then I get really worn out and sleepy. I have had 2 of these episodes in a day about a couple hours apart. And also before I have the seizer my muscles tightens up real bad especially in my neck and back. Does anyone know what this seizer is called and what could be causing it. and is there anyway to stop it before it comes all the way on. Anyone that can help I appreiciate it very deeply. or is there anyone who has this also please give me your imput.
thanks

Sounds like it could be three different types of seizures Jacksonian Seizures, Myoclonic seizures, or Tonic Clonic Seizures. They all are forms of seizure that briefly alters your ability to function, but your still aware of your surroundings. But with the tonic clonic you feel very sleepy afterwards. You need to see a neurologist ASAP to have the proper diagnosis. The tonic clonic seizures can be life threatening because they lead to Grand Mal Seizures. They can be controled with medication. Best of luck to you!

Sounds like Jacksonian seizures. I knew someone well who had them. His were caused by a tumor in the brain located in the region directly above the ears, following a narrow band across the head. This area of the brain has a lot to do with body's control of muscles. The seizures totally disabled him until it was shrunk with radiation.
He could always tell when one was on the way.
As others have mentioned. This is serious and requires medical attention. Whatever you do, don't drive until these seizures are under control.

you absolutely HAVE TO go to the doctor right now!!! I have epilepsy, and that is what you are experiencing (it sounds like). It is a seizure, you can control them with medicine, and they are damaging your brain each time you have one! It sounds like you are having a generalized seizure, although not a gran mal seizure if you can hear people talking to you. A gran mal seizure is next though and you WILL lose conciousness, fall wherever you are, and hurt your self really badly (what if you are driving)! The way you feel afterwards is called the postictal state, and it is basically what you are experiencing while your brain reboots itself. You ignoring this would be a very bad decision! I suggest you even go to an emergency room.

As an EMT I must emphasize seeking immediate medical attention as this is a condition that could possibly kill you. But if you want to know more on seizures, check out www.webmd.com. But first, go see a doctor. If you can't afford one, find the nearest health clinic and they can refer you to someone who can help you or go to the emergency room at your nearest hospital.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to the doctor immediately. It could be epilepsy and they can give you medication to lessen the frequency of the seizure and make them calmer.
There is nothing you can do for these at home. You must see a doctor and be diagnosed.
