Place her and the pups with other owners. Really, part of owning a dog is providing veterinary care and if you cannot, you and your dog will suffer. Also, there are two types of mange and one is transferable to humans. The other type is often hereditary and usually occurs in a puppy or an unhealthy adult (it happens when the immune system is depressed). I doubt that the pups can nurse with either treatment, especially "puppy" mange, because treatment is a rather large doses of Ivermectin over a period of months.

You must find a way to take her to the vet. The puppies are going to get mange and this could kill them.

Demodex mange is milder, but miserable, with severe itching and hair loss. They can live through it, but they are often miserable doing so, and it can be horrible for the puppies.

Sarcoptic mange is worse. It is severely contageous and can spread to humans and cats.

Notoedric mange can pass to cats, dogs, rabbits and humans.

The dog will need to be quarantined, probably, while undergoing treatment.

Not to treat her is very cruel. She and her puppies will suffer if this does turn out to be mange.

Take the dog to a vet. Tell the vet your situation and the vet should help you if they are truly in animal medicine for the love of animals. This is extremely serious for your dog and the puppies, not to mention the effects it will have on you.

Good luck, I will pray for you and your dogs.
