find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Exercise! Exercise! thats the main key. No matter what TV commercials say or anything. Get to a gym and do aerobics, cardio or something. At least 40 min. a day,5 times a week. It takes time. But you will lose weight, I promise. A lot of people give up, but you can't, you have to keep doing it and you will eventually see results!Everybody's body is different so some may lose faster than others. The other key is eating healthy. No sweets, fast food or junk food. Cut it all out! Give your self one splurge day a week ( I did Sundays). Trust me I have been there and I went from a size 16 to a 3 in less than 1 year.
Good Luck!

I discovered the publication to be very informative and effortless to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too speedily. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however most commonly) and doing little or no recreation, however the weight continues flying off. It certainly works and if I'd adopted it precisely I feel it might scare the residing daylights out of me considering that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the know-how. I've by no means bought some thing like this earlier than considering that they're often filled with trash, however 3WD has been a exceptional shock. Get began at present!

I couldn't lose weight either, no matter what. Then I found out that if your body is full of toxins and junk, which we all are, the weight stays put. Then I found a detox system I use 2-3 times a week and my weight is finally coming off! Losing about 2 pounds a week w/o dieting. Found it at soakawaythepounds.com

I've always been active. To change from non-active lifestyle to active (exercise without hating it, like its a chore) can be a conflict to ones self esteem. Cause when people quit, they just go back to getting big. Complaining is the worst thing to do, JUST DO IT!!!
