"você" and the other pronouns (Portuguese)?

Question

When do I put the pronouns (eu,você.....) in a question? When is it BEFORE and when is it AFTER the (conjugated) verb?

EX: Como está você?

EX: O que você tem?

EX: Por que você faz isso agora?

I know that much of the time anyway, the pronouns are dropped just like in Spanish.

In formal questioning nouns order are [verb] [pronoun] like below
Como está você?
O que tem você?
Por que faz você isso agora?
And this is the very way they say in Portugal.

However, Brazilian Portuguese tends to be less formal, and since it's clear you are making a question - both by voice inflexion and by interrogative pronouns (como, por que , o que) - we usually don't change nouns place.
So "Como você está?", " O que você tem?", "Por que você faz isso agora?" are OK.

(You also could say: "Por que agora você faz isso?" or "Você faz isso agora, por que?"- In Portuguese nous order is not too strictly as in, say, German)

You can say: Como está você? O que tem você? Por que faz você isso agora?
Or: Como você está? O que você tem? Por que você faz isso agora?

Both are right, but the last case is more usual and informal. The former case are more formal.
