There's nothing left of it now, but it was on Mt. Moriah in Jerusalem where the Golden Dome is today. The Babylonians led by King Nebuchanezzar destroyed Solomon's temple. See 2 Chronicles 36

Solomon's Temple was destroyed in 586 BC, so to precisely answer your question, as worded, "nowhere".
It WAS on the Temple Mount of Jerusalem where the golden Dome of the Rock Mosque now resides.

My view is that the location of the Solomon Temple Holy of holies was located where the "dome of the tablets" sits. That hypothesis makes the best sense to me considering the evidence.

we dont know if there was a solomon's temple according to this the temple was where it's the dome of the rock but there are not proofs of that.. many jewish people think the messiah will rebuild the temple till he comes.. but many of them want to destroy those mosques cuz they want to hurry the messiah but they are againts the messiah.. the messiah will come only when God wants!! no when the people want and the mosques will destroy or no only if God wants.. cuz in the new world there is not such temple all the world belongs to God,

In Jerusalem, it was destroyed by Babylon in 607 B.C.E. Then repaired by Nehemiah in 537 B.C.E.
Jesus prophesied that it will again be destroyed, and so it was destroyed by the Romans in 70 C.E.
