my boyfriend works so late, and I work so early, the only time I ever get to see him is when he gets home from work at like 12 but I have to go to work at 7. i only get like 4 or 5 hours of sleep everynight. My bf is going away this weekend, I gotta be at work at 5 tomorrow, and he wanna go out tonight, the only way i can spend time with him before he leaves is if I go with him but then I have to pull an all nighter. Im only gonna get like 4 hours of sleep for today and tomorrow. Is that dangerous?

You need a minimum of seven hours of sleep a night to stay healthy. When you start experiencing sleep depriviation like you are over a long period of time, your immune system stops fighting off germs as well as it did and your work performance goes down. You also tend to get cranky and can't handle stress as well as you could with a good night's sleep.

It's certainly NOT the greatest idea. I HOPE you don't have to do any driving tonight after you've had so little sleep- or the NEXT time your boyfriend hears from you when he gets back- may be on the News... :(

reasons not to do this:

1. ur brain doesnt function as well
2. u get clumsy
3. ur face sinks in
4. u get bags under ur eyes

i urge u not to do this. u need as much sleep as possible to function throughout the day.
