I used to do sooo many situps everyday!
No results! ..
My only problem is my tummy!, its fat! AH! HELP!

I try not to eat a lot of calories a day, thats not my problem.
I sit in school 9 hours a day.
walk to school 15 minutes.sometimes walk back 15 min.
breakfast , oat meal
dinner, tuna salad with kashews
dinner, fruit.
whats up with me? why wont my dumb flubber go away..
any suggestions?

you are undereating and not excercising.
you cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss. your tummy is just one place your body likes to keep fat reserves.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Well...your doing really well with l your diet. The problem is that you need to just increase exercise and cardio as much as possible to get rid of that tummy fat. the technique to get rid of belly fat is cardio. there are many types of it. I suggest going on the treadmill for at least 30 miutes everyday. wlk or run to the songs that you really like. Trust me...when you do exercise to your favorite music..you can work out a lot longer. Try dancing or jump roping. anything fun that gets your heart pumping for at least 20 minutes

there's two really important things to know when it comes to losing weight:
1. You need calories to keep your metabolism going (and B-6,12 vits)

2. When you lose weight, it goes from your body uniformly. There is no way to "spot repair", u'll lose total % from your body at the same rate, sit ups will only build muscle under fat.

Best recommendations is to keep eating healthy, never starve yourself, it does more harm than good and do a lot of cardio work outs. Take a multi vit too. good luck!

get one of those excersise balls. 65cm to be exact.you can get them at walmart for like ten bucks.1. as you sit on the ball suck in ur tummy and lift each one leg 10xs,then the other 10xs.do three reps. 2.laying on the floor put legs up on the ball as far as your knees,lift abdomen 12xs do 3reps.the slower the better(trust me you'll feel it later).3.with just your feet on the ball,roll the ball away from you while sucking in you tummy,then roll it towards you

i had the same problem i use the ab machine at the gym and it works perfectly!

trainer dude is correct except it won't be uniform. it will depend on your genetic makeup.
