There are many reasons for this problem. Since you have been playing for three years I'd first start with your reed. You could probably be playing on a reed that is to soft. I would suggest that you move to a harder reed. The sound you get a first may be a bit "breathy" but you will learn to adjust to it quickly. If you are using a 2 go to a 3, if you are on a 3 go to a 4.
You could also be "biting" down on the reed because it is to soft, which would result in squeaking. If the reed doesn't help, try adjusting how much mouthpiece that you are putting in your mouth.

make sure the reed is like, soaked before you play. don't play with a dry reed and when you get a new one, suck on it for a while before you play. keep the ligiture pretty tight and clean the mouthpiece out as often as you can. i know how it feels to have an insane clarinet. good luck!

i'm personally not a clarinet player (i play flute), but i was in marching band so i have a lot of clarinet friends :) but i heard that the reason most people squeak is because they're not covering the holes up completely (which i suppose is kind of hard to do?) so, i hope i helped!

get a better reed. our band director always yells at the clarinets if they squeak and makes them change their reeds. and thats why we don't have squeaky clarinets. i could tell you more but i only play the french horn.

I don't play myself, but I remember one of my classmates complaining about this, and she was told to try a different reed.
Good luck.

try positioning the clarinet's mouth piece a little little lower in ur mouth. then lean your head down so that ur chin is on your chest. if this doesnt work, try the oppisite.
good luck!
