For the VIsa interview, As the Manager of a start-up business here in the Phils, do I need to bring docs such as business permit, SEC registration and other business documents of the company that I'm managing here in the Phils? Or I just have to bring my docs such as passport, etc, and docs demonstrating my ties...Thank you.

You must bring documents of your business because it is the main reason for your visa application and these will be verified by the Consul. Anyway, the Consul might not even browse upon the documents depending upon the other documents that you will present. Prepare for the best and expect for the worst scenarios.
