Hi everyone... I am planning a wedding for May of 2008... I know its still a while away... but i was wondering if you all had any input on a good "first dance" song for my hysband and I ????

It will have to be slow... and hopefully country!

Brad Paisley's "She's Everything"

Good luck with the planning! My wedding isn't until next July, but I've already started planning. It'll definitely be helpful later on down the road when you can breathe and not be stressed out at the last minute trying to find vendors, etc.

Like Red On A Rose, by Alan Jackson. It's a song about each other.

My husband and I danced to My last name by Dierks Bently for our first song. All the others mentioned by others are good also.
Not sure if you have one yet, but Tim Mcgraw's My little girl is a really good daddy daughter song to!

I don't know country music very well, so I don't have a song for your first dance. But "Party on the Mountain" by The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band is really good for a second or third song. It's got lots of rhythm and sounds great! Congrats!

"Could I Have This Dance?" by Anne Murray. Featured in the movie "Urban Cowboy". It was the wedding dance of Debra Winger and John Travolta and is definitely country. Otherwise, I would suggest "From This Moment On" by Shania Twain.

Rascall Flatts - I melt, George Strait - You had me from hello, Clint Black and Lisa Hartman - When I said I do, Faith Hill - She's In Love With The Boy, Kieth Urban - I wanna Be Your Everything. I hope you find something you like.
