Intelligence comes from accurate knowledge! Any thing true you that you learn, makes you that much more intelligent... the human brain happens to be more capable than any computer you have ever seen anywhere (as it is made so that it could contain 20 million volumes of data, accurate data is what it would have to be!) but even the best computer would be of little value if you were to program it with half truths and lies and other useless garbage; the same applies even more to your brain... It's up to you to make sure of what you put in there, especially in your long term memory, that it is real true information or else, it won't serve you as well as it should or otherwise would... Also keep in mind that like any other muscle, you must use it or risk losing it like some old folks do! who give up learning as they had wrongfully programmed their brain to believe that they were too old to learn new stuff. What we think about expands so, we often get what we wish for as we tend to concentrate on just that!!!
As for a specific area in the brain? Even though we have different areas which concentrate on various aspects of learning different subjects, such as languages, memory, pleasure points, emotions, etc., it's the whole brain as a whole that ultimately makes for super intelligence or empty senseless junk as we aren't just what we eat in the physical sense but in all ways, even spiritually! I'd even go as far as to say: "especially spiritually!!!"

I'm a neuroscientist and i'm not sure exactly what you getting at, but there's really no spot in the brain that controls intelligence. Intelligence is not a very precise term and can refer to lots of different abilities. If you're talking about a part of the brain that controls reasoning and decision-making, it's probably the front of the brain (prefrontal cortex).

Our brain is not intelligence. It is only a place we store the intelligence we learn. So there is no place in our brain that automatically has intelligence other than what we have learned through the years. A+B=C that's it. Some have more capacity for intelligence to start with.

The brain is more complex than most parts of the body and intelligence uses the linking of many areas of the brain to function. If you damage one area that is important for thinking you will have problems with thinking. This shows that we cannot call on just one area to help us think.

Absolutely not.
Knowledge requires storage space. The neural connections in your brain are much the same as the electrons on the hard drive in your computer.
Every computer has a finite amount of space on its hard drive. Every human brain can contain a finite number of connections between its neurons.
A brain (or computer) that is "all intelligent" is impossible.

For a large majority of people, there is no spot in the brain associated with intelligence.

No, the brain has different sections that control different things. We improve our intelligence by studying! We are not all created equal - some have more intelligence to start with!

Certainly not.
And besides, it isn't the hardware this is responsible for intelligence; it's the software.
