Constant thirst and blurry vision could be diabetes?
Red/Purple spots might be petichia, painful fingers and toes in the cold might be Raynauds. Sounds as if this could be the start of something a wee bit serious, so suggest you seek Medical intervention PDQ.

Check your thyroid, rule out Lupus, Cushing and Lyme disease. Short: go to a doc and do a blood test.
