Yes, he is charged with everything by the Police. More times than not, the DA will throw out some of the charges (like failure to signal during a high speed pursuit) and just charge him with the most serious ones.

More than likely they will add as many charges as possible to keep the bail set high and to keep the person off of the streets. And rightly so, I might add.

no, they just take you out back beat you with a flashlight and then give you millions of dollars in a settlement after it gets caught on video...you did get it caught on video????
