lol not really. i grew up on that stuff... hell i'm am growing up now on ramen i'm only 16 >.<
but anyways it's not that healthy at all. it has a lot of sodium. one thing that people do to at least make it better is add an egg to it or add some vegetables.
it has to be the one you cook on the stove tops though
like i'm chinese and my mom hates when i eat it but she'll make me add an egg (protein) and just some steamed/boiled vegetables like spinach and all that good stuff so you end up eating what you liek with some healthy stuff.
plus it's still not all that time consuming
like just check out pics of jap ramen, they add so much stuff it doesn't look like unhealthy ramen but a healthy delicious noodle soup
^_^

not at all and it's not just because of the sodium it's a processed carbohydrate. processed foods are not healthy and should be consumed at a minimum for optimum health and fitness
if the food item is not naturally occurring then it's not truly healthy.

i love them too. like everyone else said, too much salt. i make mine, then i put them in a sifter under hot water to wash off the broth and hopeful alot of salt. don't know if it does but the noodles still tastes great. Healthy,no. but we aren't going to live on them are we?

its pasta, i ate it, ramon, and canned spaghetti for eight years while i was living on a farm. i could not afford anything else. i am still alive and very healthy. i mostly ate ramon because it was cheaper, costing 7 cents each, some times i could find it for 5 cents each.

No, it is really bad for you. It is full of sodium, carbs, and fat... but it sure is good. :)
