My car UP16-9711 was stolen from outside my home on March 30th, 2007. I've done the FIR, initiated a claim.

What more can be done to recover my car or speed up the claims process as I am facing a lot of difficulty without the car.

Looks like you have done pretty much all that needs to be done. If you are in need of a vehicle, you might talk to your insurance about the possibility of a rental until they get something more done, and see what they say.
