Work is really busy (hospital) so there isn't much time to talk but whenever I see her we both say hi and she has asked me a bit about myself like where I live, what I do in my sparetime etc. She is quite attractive and I'm a little intimidated just to go and ask her out. How can I tell if she's interested?

Dear, she is doing all the classic things an interested girl can politely do to let you know she is interested.
Ask her if she would like to grab lunch or dinner during or after a shift at a nearby place that hospital people frequent--then it's more like colleagues sharing a meal than a date. If that goes well, do it again, and take the time to talk and get to know her. Ask her what she likes to do for fun, and if that sounds like fun to you as well, ask her to join you for what ever that is--a movie, rollerblading, seeing a museum exhibition. If you are still concerned about being alone with her, make it a group. But if she accepts a second or third invitation like this, she likes you. Take it from there.

Don't be intimidated, we're all human! Go ask her. When you pass eachother at the hospital, ask if you can call her sometime, and get her number... then go from there. Good luck!!!! :o)

Maybe just get to know her some, and see if when she talks to you, she is comfortable. Then ask her out.

Duh, if she wasn't interested, do you think she would be wasting valuable time asking you questions about yourself? Go for it! She may be the one.
