Growing up through high school, I was a very thin -athletic "ruler" with lil' curves, then I became absess with trying to have some curves and look a little sexy for the guys so I starting over eating and became an out of shape "apple"- Approaching 22 years of age,i think I look disqusting...What are the exercises I must do to change me "apple" shape into a slimmer more toned "spoon" figure?
