I know that coffee has more caffeine than coke, but I'd like to know what the acidity levels for each drink are, as accurately as possible, please:)

Most soft drinks weigh in with a pH level between 2.0-4.0, so 3.4 is a fair estimate for Coke.

Coke Acidity

On a health level I would not touch Coke with a ten foot pull. People literally use Coke to eat the corrosion off the batteries in cars. "Coca-Cola contains phosphoric acid. One study has shown that this hastens bone loss, contributing to illnesses such as osteoporosis."

Each can of coke has 16 teaspoons of sugar. Imagine putting 16 teaspoons of sugar in your coffee or anything for that matter. People would think you are crazy if they saw you doing that. Do yourself a favor and just stay away. Its only a few steps away from asking yourself just how bad rat poison is for you. Do you really need to know the particulars? Your intuition knows better.

Fresh squeeze yourself some juice that's much better for you. The concentrates have about as much sugar as a coke plus they have been pasteurized which cooks all the nutrients out of them. That's why most juice concentrates have nutrients added because the originals have already been destroyed.

Unfortunately one must arm oneself with knowledge just to eat right in this world because most choices presented to you are highly processed. It was not always this way, but what can you do but adapt.

Best of wishes on your Path to Find optimum Health

definite coke is undesirable. A can of coke has 45g of sugars in it!!! the overall individual is in elementary words suggested to eat 15g of sugar in accordance to day. So in case you haven't got a lot sugar in the different case, you would have a coke once a week. A can of power drink is way worse. (relying on which one). power beverages frequently have extra sugar and two times the caffeine of coke.

Coke has more, as to exact content. Don't know, don't care. I have other things that seem more important, somehow.
