Take some cup of cold water. Put in microwave for about 15 or so seconds. Take out and rinse water in your mouth.

I know...they're awful I always have a mouth full of them too. There are several things that I use. Warm Salt Water (swishing), hydrogen peroxide have seemed to help heal them a little faster. As for the pain I've used many things.. Canker Rid (http://www.canker-rid.com/ ) It hurts like hell at first but takes the pain away longer than anything else I've tried, Sore throat spray takes the pain away temporarily, and I also use Rembrandt canker sore tooth paste to try to help prevent them and heal them faster. Over the counter things like Kanka and Orajel work for a little while but they seem to end up numbing half my mouth longer than it helps the canker sore. Recently I've seen commercials for a new canker sore prescription that's supposed to heal them faster (http://www.aphthasol.net/), but unfortunately I haven't been able to try it yet, but I hope to soon. Hope one of these helps!! Hang in there!

I'm having the same problems now!
I have canker sores inside my mouth and cold sores outside.......I have searched on line, I found a product which sounds very good. It's a 100% natural CankerFX. But I can't find it here in stores........Maybe you can??
I'm using Abreva now.....don't feel much difference and it gets dried out so quickly??

I use a little dab of alum - it's a white powder you buy in the spice section of the grocery store. Just wet your finger and stick it in the alum powder and dab it directly onto the canker sore. Taste bad, but leave it on as long as you can begore spitting. Do this every few hrs. and it'll disappear fast.
