I've got one in the crockpot right now.....Rinse, then place roast in bottom of crockpot. Add new potatos - halved, chopped onion & baby carrots. Sprinkle a packet of Lipton onion soup mix over all, then spoon over 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Add 1 soupcan of water, 1 stick butter then salt & pepper. Cook on high for 2 hours, then turn to low & cook 4 more......I like to serve mine with fresh coleslaw & homemade cornbread.......

If you are talking about pork tenderloin, here's the simplest recipe out there;
Preheat oven to 350F
Pat the tenderloin with flour. Be sure there's flour on every surface.
For a 2-3 pound roast, sprinkle with 2 tsp salt.
Pepper to taste.
Roast in a pyrex dish (I use a 9x13) for 25min/lb. DO NOT cover!
Serve with gravenstein apple sauce or roasted apple quarters and new potatoes (they're really good roasted along with the tenderloin in the same pan). Cranberry sauce is a tasty alternative, too.

This is a recipe I use all the time and it is really great and there are so many ways you can tweek it to fit your taste that it is really fun to try new things and see what works for you.

Season with garlic, chili powder, sage, and thyme. (This is where the first set of variations can come in. If you don't like or don't have one or all of these spices you can use what you like instead.)
You can cook in the oven or in your crockpot and both work very well but I prefer the oven for this.
Once the meat is seasoned and in the pan pour in about 1-2 cups of cranberry juice and 1 cup of water. (This is where the next alteration comes in. I like this best but you can also use any other type of juice you want. I have used pineapple, orange, apple cider, and even cherry. Whatever works for you.)

Cover it up and pop it in the oven on 350 till done. Just keep and eye on it so it doesn't dry out.

ENJOY!!!

yeah, season it and put it in a crockpot. then, pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over it, a half can of water, a dash of thyme, and a few veggies. let it cook on low for 6-8 hours.
